i dont know if its a reputable site.judging by the look of it id say it is.but if the things you ordered were prescription medicine or you ordered a lot of whatever it was then it could be with customs.that happened to me before when i ordered prescription meds.you should eventually get a letter from customs saying so but it would take awhile to get it.

if not then id wait about 2 weeks after ordering, email them again, try the number again and if no reply file the dispute with paypal.

ps hope you dont mind but i rang the number and they answered.dial 0044 before the number ie 004417 NOT 0044017 DROP THE ZERO
