Is there a program that does the same as Google Street Maps?

Wanna do some 360 degree photography myself, obviously not of streets lol. But is there a program out there that allows the merging of photographs? i keep seeing loads that just make a photo bigger. But no 36o viewpoint :( help me after hours!

If this gets moved to the photography forum, I'm sure someone will have an answer for you. And help you to make it look better.

There's loads of programs out there will stitch photos together, but I'm guessing you're looking for something where you can spin the viewpoint around. Which is something I wouldn't know of off hand.
