Black Ops quality

    I like the idea of dedicated servers on a call of duty game and with me getting a computer soon I was thinking of getting a black ops and see how it plays on the pc. But am i fooling myself, does it play like the consoles ie crap ?

    I'd imagine it would be a hell of a lot smoother as long as your pc can handle it(I know they had frame rate issues at the start and stuff but i think they patched that a month after release). Make sure you spread your wings a bit when you get a new PC, there are plenty of FPS games that are better than cod for the PC. Also i think CoD4 is still the big CoD game on the PC, MW2 never really took off and i think its the same with blops.

    Just got your PM about this HS.

    Community of Blops is a lot bigger than MW2 on the PC, but still nowhere near as massive as COD4. 15-20k servers with about 60% of occupied at any time. The game was a tad buggy at the start but runs perfectly now. Again you need a fairly beefy PC to run it compared to other games.

    It's still very strong and a lot stronger than MW2 was at this point last year.

    No lag on the dedicated servers I presume ?

    So i finally got ops for the pc and its an absolute please playing on a dedicated servers folks

    Its just so so so so so much better


    Is there any irish servers ? I wouldnt mind playing with a few folks here
