Swimming with Vertigo / accupuncture

Someone recently posted a question about swimming with vertigo but I cannot find the post now. I get vertigo occassionally. I always swim with ear plugs and it helps but better than that I get accupuncture and I find it very good. Its not as scary as it sounds just make sure that you go to a very good person.
