McDonalds Letterkennys 15% VAT??

I got a drive through yesterday and looked at the receipt and noticed they are charging VAT at 15% I noticed this a while ago but just put it down to a simple mistake but if they are still charging this rate of VAT there is something seriously wrong if im missing something let me know but i cant find any 15% rate on any…

Hot take away food is 13.5%. There is no 15% vat in the ROI

Is it actually 15% or just the title on the receipt ??
