Getting micro-sim (iphone 4) from o2 store

Hi guys, Bought new iphone 4 16gb in Carphone Warehouse today but wasn't aware my sim card was too big for it. I've been told that I could pick a micro-sim up in any o2 store for free; and they would do this on the spot.. Could anyone confirm this for me?? Cheers
