Any data on % of students who get tested for STIs?

Hi

I want to write an article for my Uni's student magazine on STIs with an emphasis on urging people to get tested for STIs.

So I want to get statistics on students in Britain and Ireland who are sexually active and how many of those who get check ups.

I have a submission into the HRB to do such an investigation.

I can tell you

I've done a few surveys (like completed them on monkeysurvey etc.) on STI from different colleges over the year, never seen the results. would be interested to here.

www.hpsc.ie publish notifiable disease reports, some of them have age stats linked, might not be exactly what you want but might be an interesting start point.
