Cheap 'midweek' mens haircuts

Is there anywhere in town that does this? In a lot of places in Dublin they charge a fiver on Monday-Thursday (or similar) but I haven't noticed anywhere doing it in Carlow.

Not exactly in town but the barber near the bridge in tullow does haircuts on Monday's for €7
