Hi, Looking to get back into the M4 area to finally create a custom gun. MP5's are just to fiddly to customize always seem to cost more. Anyways was looking at this form Airsoft GI http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?products_id=5601
Looks good all in all, does anyone have experience with it or any other models that would be good to work with.

    Thanks

Just from reading the link you gave, it doesn't seem like it will be a good base to work on, as it has already been heavily customised/worked on.

I would sooner recommend something like a DBoys M4A1 as a base model - cheap, chearful and compatible with the vast majority of parts out there

Sorry should have been more specific. I dont really want to touch the Gear box or that, generally i break them. It was mainly aesthetic customization, hop up, tight bore etc. GI as far as i know are good and the upper reviver, RIS is similar to what i would order for it anyway. I just want to create a unique AEG which is tricky with MP5's and i always wanted to go back to the M4 models.
Mainly looking for performance or internal review because i want some quality there.

It's highly unlikely you will find anyone here with one of these AEGs as AirsoftGI won't sell to Ireland, so chances of Irish feedback are slim. There are usually some user reviews on the site if that's any good.

It's a G&G Combat machine M4, most retailers have something along those lines.
