Shipping tanks from U.K.

A friend of mine in London has a pony tank and a 12 l tank belonging to me, but is now emigrating to Australia. Does anyone know the best (i.e. the cheapest, but with least hassle to him) way to get the tanks shipped from London to Dublin? Obviously I want them to go surface mail. Need to be posted this week or thereabouts.

DHL and UPS do non-express services. You might make enquiries with them or Postnet (DHL) or Mail Boxes Etc. (UPS) in Rathmines.
