I keep coming across an OECD study being refered to that finds a on average a 1% increse in CT rates leads to a 3.7% decline in FDI. Does anyone have a link to it because I can't find it anywhere

It's not the actual OECD study itself but here is a link

An OECD multi-country study found a 1% increase in the corporate tax rate cuts inward investment by 3.7% on average. In other words, it would take only a 2.5% rise in the rate to cut Ireland’s inward investment by nearly 10%. The 3.7% is an average figure. Overall, the structure of the economy and the nature of foreign investment suggests that the negative impact of a 1% rate hike on Ireland is possibly even greater.
