I don't know why but I just love these cars as something to start out in. I'm not a fan of boy racers or there cars but i think these are being seen as boy racer car lately. I just like them for there performance, looks and there fairly reliable too and do good miles to the gallon. Have boy racers ruined this car yet or is it still a safe car to insurance companies?

if its standard yes they are a good little yok, but 99 percent of them have been butchered. between the pump being screwed out to the max and the body laying on the bump stops, modified ones must be a head ache for insurance companies.

It's annoying how good cars get ruined and it's all diesals now most tdi vws, audis and seats have gone to sh1te with the way lads are doing them up. Theres just no honest diesal hatchbacks anymore that are not painted with the boy racer brush to insurance companies anymore

an auld tractor with 2 or more leaky injectors wouldn't have a look in.

A nice clean diesel Pug 306 is a great car. Sadly they are as rare as hens teeth

However this appears to be one with a comical price

    Or more sensible
