wow, 2 things wrong with that sentence. I'll go for the technical one first and that is that the same engine has been used for every COD game since 4 and the opinion one is that in no way is this a 'far inferior' game to the most hacked game of all time on consoles. Also, Infinity Ward (well the old one anyway) have poor support for their games unlike Treyarch who are still working on improving the game.

They were talking about the new IW on painkiller already recently, might have been the last one or the one before, cant remember, anyway Woody said something along the lines of IW were lambasted for not fixing issues with MW2, which Treyarch seem to be doing with Blops, but Treyarch were just as bad for not fixing stuff with WaW. So maybe the new IW, The Ward, will step up and try fix the reputation ruined by the whole IW/Activision fiasco. I'd love if the entire franchise was bought out from Activision, who are a bunch of money grabbing cnuts who dont give a crap about games once they're on the shelf. compare them to the likes of Blizzard and Valve, who provide nothing but great support (often free) to games that have been out for ages.

Tbh they more or less have, im pretty sure the old IW are working on a CoD beater with EA so maybe it'll be better.

I was messing around in combat training and it did seem to take way more shots to down someone with flak jacket. Could be bollocks though.

there was a massive difference between MW2 and Blops in terms of how polished and designed the games were, show both to someone whos never played a COD game and ask them which was newer and you'd be guaranteed they'd say MW2. Or maybe it's because one is set in bright, shiny modern times and one is set in dreary Cold War times. I have no problems with the graphics in BO and I prefer a little less 'shine' to being noobtubed every 5 seconds and having to chase boosters around the map and playing in hacked lobbies. Let someone play both and ask which is newer, the one where every 5th game is hacked or the one where no games are hacked.

although this new gold gun and all the pro perks thing is very annoying in blops...

I cannot use dual wielded weapons. Nor can I use a suppressor or even a flame thrower. This despite obviously selecting them be it with or without warlord. Anyone ever experience this?

were you playing barebones? I know there are some limitations in that game that extend past kill streaks etc..
