Advice/Help Needed - Getting Wrestling Belt Made.

    Hi,
    I'm just wondering would anyone be able to point me in the right direction with what I need.
    Basically, for a competition/event (non-wrestling), I want to get instead of a usual trophy, a wrestling belt. Not just a replica of a current one but a custom one.

    Do you think it's possible to get done in Ireland (or somewhere else with affordable shipping).
    Basically it's a case of is there anywhere that would be able to make a metal plate to our design, as the event logo etc. would be on the belt. As we could put in the effort of getting a suitable leather strap cut and putting the plates on.

    If anyone has any information, advice or experience with this please let me know.

    I looked into this before for College, and shipping always ended up costing a bomb. Maybe you could email one of the Irish groups and ask if they got their belts customed made and where?

    Maybe just throw a post up in the Irish Promotions Thread at the top of the page, people from all the Irish promotions post regularly anyway?

    From places I've ever seen and anything i've heard of promotions gettin custom belts you're lookin at about €600-€700... AT LEAST!

    But if you're still interested try somewhere like www.topropebelts.com or www.wildcatbelts.com.

    Hopefully someone else might have info about somewhere cheaper to go, but i wouldn't imagine so to be honest with ya!
