Bye the way, I always taught this was a great little movie ,but you never hear it mentioned at all . It was a kind of precursor to The Big Red One and Private Ryan and the TV series

Close enough Molar, it's called Talvisota: The Winter War (1989), very close in feel to Stalingrad made a few years later.

Have you got the first one yet?

    A - Mr Klein ?
    B- Tali-Ihantala ?

(Haven't seen it but it looks good)

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,236 ✭✭✭Tomohawk

Correct "Mr Klein" a poignant movie from the 1970s about the jews in Paris. And I'll give you the second one so it's your go again.

No - the character in B was damned alright though :)

A clue would be this person looking at the camera is a peripheral character in the movie, the dancing scene is between 2 males one of whom is now a well known cinema actor. This was one of his earlier films made in the 1970's.
