Changing Spotlight on Renault Clio

The passenger's side spotlight bulb is gone on my girlfriend's 2002 Renault Clio. Anyone know how I go about changing it? It seems like I'd had to take a panel off either at the front of the wheel-arch or under the bumper to get at it but surely there's an easier way? Cheers.

The front fog light bulb can be got at from under the bumper. Reach in, disconnect wiring, twist bulb holder anti-clockwise and pull out. Don't come much easier.
