Ticketmaster- exchange/ refund?

    I bought a ticket to see "The Field" in the Abbey in February but now realise I can't go on that date. I don't have the physical tickets, they're the ones you print out. Have I just lost out on 40 euro or is there any solution to this? Thanks for your time.

    Hopefully you can sell them on. It might be difficult being the home printed ones though, perhaps a friend might take them. I don't think ticketmaster do "change of mind" returns

    yeah, i just had a sift through their terms and conditions and they're completely inflexible on it, thanks anyway :)

    Did you try phoning them and explaining the situation to them?? On two separate occasions, I booked tickets online and then discovered I should have booked an extra one. I rang them and they changed them no bother. Extremely helpful. :)
