What is "reasonably durable"?

I have a pair of shoes that were bought in early December. They haven't seen much use what with the snow and all because I've been wearing boots and hillwalking runners/shoes to get around.
Already though, the front of the sole is coming away.
I think that counts as not reasonalbly durable right?

Definitely qualifies as "not fit for purpose" under Consumer Law.

Talk to the shop you bought them in and see what they say firstly.
