http://www.powercity.ie/?par=10-23-WP11DT , http://www.powercity.ie/?par=10-23-270042 . I'm looking for both a HD satellite box and a HD DTT box. The combo box seemed like a good idea but then I noticed it was lacking the Saorview and the SaorviewHD logo. I'm just curious as to whether they will both do the same job in the DTT department (I'm of course aware the Walker wont do Satellite TV)?

The combo box doesn't have MHEG5 middleware, which is currently used for digital Aertel. It's possible the MHEG5 might have other uses in the future...

I see the specs specifically mention "analogue text" in the feature list.

    What's Analogue Text? :)

Teletext and MHEG5 are two different systems of digital text. Is there an Analogue system too?

Wasn't there talk of a combo box that had mheg5 becoming available?

    Maybe next year, maybe Triax.

Speculation has it that it was one of two.

Power city have been on the ball so far. MHEG5 is software.
