Hi, what aircraft are Aer Lingus using for this route (ORD-DUB)? It used to be A330-300. Thanks in advance. I have seats in 12 H,K and looked up a map which shows them as exit seats but it said that the aircraft was due to be retired in March 2010.

It is usually an A330-300 and the type is not being retired from Aer Lingus service:

On the ORD route its usually a A330-200 usually an old one.

We mainly use 300 series, but all depends on whats scheduled for maintenance etc. you're really only guaranteed a particular aircraft on the mad-iad route as that aircraft usually does a month and is then swapped out. either way, enjoy your flight providing the snow is gone!:)

i thought he meant 'we' as in the tax payer. ie: us.
