Drop in gym (open over Christmas?)

    Hi all,
    I will be in Limerick over Christmas and need to run. Don't fancy breaking my leg on icy roads so if it's bad outside does anyone know of a gym with treadmill that I can drop into. If it's open 24/25/26 then it gets bonus points!

    I haven't used many of the gyms but I know where a few are.
    Try calling JJB on Childers Road:

    You could also try contacting the UL Sports Arena:

    You'd have to talk to someone else to get an opinion on which gym is good but hopefully this will get you started.

    UL ARENA think its 7 euro to drop in and use the gym. Plenty of equipment there from bikes to competition platforms...

    I think JJB currently have a special "Twelve days of Christmas" 12 day Christmas membership offer, which may be worth checking out...

    Evolution gym in the south court hotel in raheen have good offers on at the moment.
