Eula.txt and strange folder

Hi, On my Dell Windows 7 laptop, I just noticed a strange folder on c:\ It is: C:\601546cb1250c72798 In it are a hold load of eula.txt files??? I ran avast on it and it tells me there's nothing dodgy here. What are these files?

Those random-named folders are normally just leftovers from various program installations and updates. It's safe to delete them.
