    Gotta say, I enjoyed the show. It's great entertainment. I'll miss it. I'm pretty sure it's the only thing I watch on TV3. I think Ray is a good host too, I just wish they gave him better material to work with. Some of the lines he has to read are godawful, especially the stuff he has to say just before the ad-breaks. Really cringeworthy stuff.

    I hope it returns next year. But with new writers, please.


    Don't forget that the (superior)English version only started last Saturday so episode 2 is on tomorrow night.

    Stumbled across this show by accident. Wow it really is car crash TV, truly embarrassing but I love it because its so sh*t.

    How the lads put themselves through such misery is beyond me. If the women were decent looking or if you would trust them not to rob your wallet you'd say something. Some of the lads will be scared for life after this and be left with some serious complexes.

    I'd love to see some lad just walk out and start turning off all the lights of the Mingers before he even says a word.

    Cue Ray "If you think she's rotten, say noting";)

    Take Me Out......... Seriously they're so ugly, they wouldn't get a date off a calendar :D

    To be honest, she acted like a desperate skank on the show, and I'd say she would.. But I don't really care tbh, I never said she'd go out with me, and I never really insulted her either, apart from the dirty comment.. Not that I'd want to go out with her anyways, meh..

    just watching last nights show now, what the hell was it with the huge amount of blackouts when donal said he liked sport and endurance sport?! no wonder some of the women look they way they do, the most exercise they get is probably on the dancefloor once per week!

    She is lanky? They're all desperate for appearing on the show... I just called her dirty and a ginger, not a dirty ginger.. She's dirty, but not because she's ginger, I just think she looks dirty. And she hardly ever turned off her light until nearly everyone else did which shouts 'skank!' to me...

    In fairness that post is ridiculous!
    First off, who, over the age of 15, uses the word "ginger" to describe someone.
    Secondly, how does she look "dirty"? To be honest, i think she is close to the being the best looking of the lot. Just because she isn't peroxide blonde and orange skinned.
    The whole purpose of the show is to go on a date and leave your light on. Someone can't be classed as a "skank" because she is interested in a date, she isin't behaving in an appropriate manner. Why bother going on the show if you are going to play hard to get?
    Seems to be a no win situation honestly.:rolleyes: People give out if they are too fussy, people give out if they are eager.
