Which carrier are you on? Is the phone jailbroken?

Is MMS on in Settings > Messages?

If you connect it to iTunes does it mention a carrier settings update?

Go to Settings > General > Network > Cellular Data Network and make sure these settings are set.

im meteor too, and every update has wiped my MMS, Internet settings and also the little tricks to allow you to call your voicemail from the voicemail button and the ring time.

so i now save the short codes in my contacts for them and after every update i just call each one :)

Hmm, I'm not sure how an update would work, but if you have been restoring the phones it'll be wiping the settings because Meteor aren't an official Apple partner carrier so don't distribute their settings through the Carrier Update system.
