Stuff like that. They can't tolerate a messy room. Need everything to be clean and tidy all the time. It just drives me nuts!!

There is absolutely nothing wrong with having standards, or set expectations from a possible love interest. In the areas that matter. Some things matter more to others of course, it's all down to personal choice. But these lists aren't trivial qualities in a person, as the OP stipulated in the beginning. These lists are like letters you'd write to Santa Claus or Mary Poppins.
