There's a thread here http://boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2055505603 that has artists portfolios. I googled tattoo studios Dublin and many sites have portfolios of their artists on their web page. Not sure about cost, only one I know is Wildcat in Stephen's Green, they start off at €80 but I'd say if you popped in and showed them your design they'd be able to give you a better idea of a price. Hope you find somewhere cause that's a pretty cool design
