Is it possible to download to PC from Sky+ box. I can only find info from 2007 but hope that someone has a work around for it by now.

not simply.. and not for PayTV programs.

The simpliest way I found was just to connect a DVD recorder. Some programs would not record using the scart connection but would record using a coax connection. Once you can view programs on your sky+ box you will be able to record using the coax connection but you will lose stereo sound etc.
