Roof felt/membrane--what type??

Hi,looking to put up some sort of membrane sheet/breathable felt in between the pvc cladding and the plywood board ( see pic attached ). Above the overhang is a box room and floor boards. What type of membrane or roofing felt is best to use?? many thanks.:)
