Cheapest Dublin City Parking?

Hi,

I have to go into city centre tomorrow by car unfortunately. I will be there for few years and looking for cheapest option for parking for maybe 3 -4 hours.

I know of the half price parking offer on street that the council are running with the parking tag but have to go in tomorrow so thats a no go.

Your options depend on where you are coming from and where you need to get to in the city. Example, if you need to be in absolute city centre, then the park-and-ride at the Red Cow is cheap and you can use the Luas to get in/out quickly to the M50.

Other options include free on-street parking (example Benburb Street) but they are usually only between 10am and 4pm. Currently, on street parking can be difficult in some places as the snow/ice has piled up.

If you do need to find a long-term, cheap parking space, there are usually spaces for rent in most apartment blocks, and might be worth it if you need to visit for a few years.

Sorry was meant to say a few hours. I was hoping for a car park for maybe around 1.50 per hour would be good.,

One of the cheapest city centre car parks is Connolly Stations. You may find that a validated ticket at the Jervis Centre or Arnotts car parks may give you a decent discount; this may work well if you are shopping.
