Dumper driver or construction WA Australia

My brother is thinking of going over to Australia at the end of January. He was thinking of going to WA. I have been to Australia, worked in Melbourne for 6 months and travelled all over Australia for the other 6 months. He is in to construction so I thought WA would be best, maybe driving for mining companies..
So if anyone has worked out there in WA or in construction in Australia, can please give me advice on websites to view with job listings or any companies they may of heard of hiring?
