What are my chances....only bought on Sunday €12 and have receipt but not happy with the quality of them and also seems to be slight sound drop outs.

I bought those myself for the little ones pc. They arent the best in the world but grand for their price. If the sound is dropping out they are most likely faulty and you would be entitled to an exchange or refund.
