    Is it possible to make these things online with pictures you find online, or download something to do it?

    I've only got ms paint - don't think it can be done with that

    I'm not really sure what you're asking. Erm, there's a free image editing program called Gimp that you could use to make hilarious images to share with your cyber friends...
