    Is there any website in Ireland that lets you view the price of houses that have sold in that area. In the UK there is a website called www.houseprices.co.uk where you type in the postcode and it allows you to view the price of houses in that area over the last 10 or so years.

    Anything similiar here??

    No, I'm afraid not.

    Legislation to allow publishing of house sale data is still working it's way through the Dail.
