Sorry youre in trouble there. Just have to wait for it thaw. In the meantime you could find the offending pipe and insulate it to prevent it happening in future

If you have an attic, open the trap door to allow some heat to rise up and this might help the situation. Also insulate the pipe lead if you can find it, a blanket anything!!

If your shower is mains fed then the mains is either frozen or very low in pressure... however is you have cold water at your kitchen sink then mains is ok.

If the mains was switched off for a short while you may just have an airlock in shower.

If your shower is fed from the cold water tank in attic then there could be a frozen pipe in attic ( or a blockage).
Or if tank was allowed to go empty then you could also possibly have an air lock as well.

i have same problem like OP. i got in to attick to check. i am still getting water in to the tank, and ather pipes got warmed up. the problem is shower pipe/plastic hose. you can see it being frozen from tank.

can i warm it out somehow? can i just put a small heater for frew hours near tank? any ideas guys? really need shower, tyred to wash my jewls in a small bowl :D

You can get a frostwatch heater for the attic, which will turn itself on when needed. Give it a blast with the hair dryer, but be wary of the potential of a leak from the pipe having burst.
