TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The promotion is only open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. A valid email address is required to enter.
3. To enter: Obtain a unique entry code from a promotional pack of Zip Firelighters and enter it at www.zipfires.ie before 11.59pm GMT on 31st May 2011.
4. All those with a valid code will then be able to take the Zip Challenge. Simply click on just three of the nine doors and if you find three matching symbols you will win the relevant prize. Do not click on more than three doors as this will invalidate your entry.
5. All codes have a fair and random chance of winning a prize via a process operated under the supervision of PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service.
6. All codes must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed and all such entries will be disqualified.
7. Winners will be informed immediately via the web page
8. Winners must retain the entry code and the promotional pack as it may, at the discretion of the Promoter, be required to validate that they have won.
9. The prizes:
a. First Prizes (1x): A cheque to pay off the winners mortgage up to the maximum value of / €250,000.
b. Second prizes (10x): a Stovax Stockton 5L Fire. (including installation up to the value of €750).
c. Third Prizes (1000x): €10 paid into your PayPal account.
d. There are also over 500,000 €0.50 money off coupons for future Zip product purchases that could be won.
10. Additional clauses relating to the First Prize :
a. The first prize is limited to a cheque to the value of the winner’s mortgage as at the date of winning and to a maximum value of €250,000.
b. In the event that the winner has no mortgage then the winner shall receive a cheque to the value of €250,000.
c. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Payment may need to be notified to the authorities under Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
11. The Second Prize is the Stockton 5 Stovax Wood Burning Fire, or equivalent, which will be delivered within 28 days subject to a site inspection. Prize includes a voucher for €750 towards installation via authorised distributors. Any additional costs, if any, will be the responsibility of the winner.
12. Third prizes of €10 paid into a PayPal account will be issued within 28 days.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal value if, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the stated prizes are no longer available.
14. The winners names & counties will be posted online at www.zipfires.ie for 30 days from 1st July 2011.
15. By entering, winners agree that if they win they will participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by The Promoter or its agencies.
16. By entering the promotion entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into.
17. The Promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of The Promoter or its agencies. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.
18. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering (or to have tampered) with the operation of the promotion or the Promoter's website, or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions.
19. The maximum number of prizes available for the main promotion is 1 x mortgage, 10 x Stovax Stockton 5 Stoves, 1000 x €10 night in prizes + thousands of money off Zip product coupons. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse prize claims that would take the number of prizes that are awarded above these numbers.

This has happened me before but now I write my address at a slant on the left hand side and the recepients on the right hand side. Haven't had any returned recently so it must be working.

Yeah it happened to me a good few times too. The address part on the right has to finish lower than your writing on the left, since I fixed that everything is grand, hope that helps + good luck
