The Aciton cannot be completed because the file is open by another program.

Close the file and try again. Its not being used by any other program that I know of! Help me delete this please. need to free up some space on my C drive. :confused:

Hmm could be explorer.exe process not letting you.

Download and install Unlocker (http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/) right click and select delete again. You'll get the same message (unable to etc) but it'll then give you a prompt to "free" this file from the said processes and delete. Handy when you don't know what to end in Task Manager.

You may have the ISO file mounted by Magic ISO or one of them programs. Check this first.
