As the title says I'm looking for a guide showing how a standard PVC window should be installed including how to fix it to a steel corner post. So if any one can direct me to a manufacturers guide, trade guide, book anything would be helpful.

There are books in other EU countries that show the EN (Euro Norms) for window installation .. these norms are for all window types. And that is how all windows must be fitted in European countries.

In Ireland, we have the Homebond book, which suggests a method (or part of method at least), which is different to the Euro Norms followed by rest of Europe.

I PM'd you my number, if you want to give me a call about installation methods.

I dont recall the chapter or page number .. I would never use this as a reference because I think it is an out of date method and poor advice for any would be window installer.
