Aliexpress escrow

    So....escrow on Aliexpress. Does this basically guarantee that I'll get what I pay for? I had a look around for fruad on aliexpress / alibaba, and it seems it happens for sure, but I have yet to see anyone getting stung with escrow involved (except one guy, but he received his goods, just not as expected / agreed and he didn't report back on whether he got his money back).

    I'm slightly wary of buying from someone with no feedback and good prices, but I can't see an obvious way of scamming me with escrow involved.

    edit: Found someone with reasonable feedback that only costs an extra tenner. The escrow question still stands though. :)

    Well I wouldn't say guaranteed but its a hell of a lot safer than Alibaba. If the items don't turn up then you open a case with Aliexpress.
    I'd never had a problem with it.

    Use Aliexpress and check the sellers feedback and you can't go too far wrong.

    No I've never had an issue with any supplier thankfully but I'd be a little skeptical.

    I mean what would happen if they sent you a box of junk using registered post?
    Chances are they would find in their favor which is why checking the suppliers feedback is so important.

    Well....I've picked a supplier. Going to order in the next few days. I'll post back on how I get on.
