This is literally the most ridiculous pronunciation of the word "covered" I have ever heard, and I am WELL schooled in doing various different Irish accents...

Seriously, it sounds like she's saying "cawpered" (rhymes with paupered) so I assumed it was a word like "paupered" to describe land which had been wrecked or something
