nope not that im actually flying through it half way through 3rd prestige already way too easy to rank up

and because until its fixed i think its a waste to name a small few of my issues a little search will find many more problems other people are having all this mainly started for me after the patch

way too much lag
disconnections every few min
unable to join with full party people getting dropped out
the shhit frame rate
it freezes and you have to restart ps3

mostly playing demolition and head quarters its 500 each time you plant the bomb
i forget what it is for defusing so if you get many plants in 1 game it add's loads of xp and for head quarters the bonus xp as well as the xp you get for captureing and holding all add up
also i was sticking to the one gun finishing off the challenges which again gave me a shiit load xp combined with other challenges has me where i am

for kill streaks i use spy plane sam turret and car package

sam turret been great for xp in demolition there seems to be more people getting kill streak rewards in that then there does be in head quarters so i get a good spot for it and it gets every thing coming in and gives loads more xp lol

Mostly TDM sprinkled with some Sabotage and HQ in between had me prestige near 18 hours. HQ is indeed the handiest.

I would look at the Sam Turret but I rarely see enemy air support other than UAV :pac: Is it worth much points for the SAM turret intercepting enemy air support?

I wouldnt give up on the game that easy caus im sure treyarch will sort out the problems soon (i hope). I always run the sam turret because it means you dont really need to run ghost and helps your team out aswell plus with hardline pro you can always switch it for something else if the enemy team is not using that many spy planes.

I was getting random pop ups of 150/400 points every 10-20 seconds with it.

I have to agree i'm totally sick of this game,I really liked mw2 and gave this game every chance to grow on me but it hasnt, I like the jungle map but the rest are average imo,I find sometimes too that the amount of bullets it takes to kill someone are really inconsistent and it's not lag causing it,serious let down and i'm looking to trade it in,i have already seen alot of second hand ones on sale and that says it all

The people love their over powered kill streaks, spawn trapping and noooooks. Not saying that's your reasons AF but in the main I fully believe that's the reason why many people aren't enjoying it(Black Ops).

Maybe there a few here who won't say that's their reason too when push comes to shove.

What about when you were playing hq with us last week

I know what you mean , i'm not a fan of the maps either , there are maybe 5/6 that i like ,too many of them imo are very similar, graphics wise its a big let down .
On the flip side its a lot more balanced .

edit: nothing to do with the killstreaks, tbh i'll nearly prefer if it was as simplified as cod2.

I don't like the spawnpoints, but that's about all that genuinely annoys me about the game, and that can be fixed (I hope..). I don't think it's a bad game by any means, but hey, maybe that's me.

+1 on that, in fact I traded mine in this weekend. If I had done that with MW2 I'd have felt like I'd lost an arm! Glad to see the back of this lack luster game. Picked up assasins creed brotherhood with the trade in.... suck a stark contrast between a quality title and one pretending to be.

MW2 might have its bad points but its STILL more enjoyable that BO and that says a lot.

yes i liked HQ with our party obviously Sham but the game itself just doesnt do it for me,as you know i'm an average player at best anyway so the killstreaks dont bother me either it's just the overall game itself,I'm back playing fifa11 at least i can win there !!

think ill be doin the same me self 5 times already today iv had to switch the ps3 off and back on over freezing
iv had about 10 dissconects in the last hour, iv been going for hardline pro and iv dished out 7 packages/sam turrets there in the last game only to find it wasn't registered due to the freezing each time it happens i lose everything i had achieved. i bought the hardened edition and i can safely say what a waste

I know the game suffers from atrocious lag problems but the map summit just takes the biscuit. That map is the worse one for it imo

I do grow tired of all the problems the game has

Lag problems? You mean drops in FPS or game lag and not actual internet connection lag? I heard its laggy on the PS3, but the Xbox is fine. Sonys fault? If its drops in FPS then yeah it happens, mostly when Napalm strikes come in, but otherwise almost always 60FPS constant

Killstreaks are differently balanced in BO rather than being underpowered.

An offensive KS at 3 kills that can making taking objectives difficult.
Then you have persistent killstreaks in your spawn (napalm in an objective game), airstrikes that can kill you when you're well indoors (rolling thunder), dogs that can follow you pretty much anywhere not to mind the fact you can't hide from these without Ghost Pro.

In fact, apart from not building on your KS, they are probably more useful than those in MW2.
And even at that, it's much easier to build up a KS in BO than it is in MW2.

The lag is ****ing woeful. I've done everyhting i can, cutting down my friendslist, making sure my nat was open etc, but still it continues. The game is ****ing unplayable for the past few days.

It's not my ****ing job to fix lag issues when my connections grand. Hurry the **** up and patch it treyarch cos it's broken. You cúnts.

are you sure it lag and not the frame rate thingy?

Its a mixture I think. I'm getting like 3 or 4 hitmarkers on a guy and in the killcam i didn't even shoot.

The patch has made things far worse. The odd time you go through a spell of no lag and no party being disrupted by random kicks, the next dozen spells are unplayable BS.

Love the general gameplay but day upon day of this crap with the online mechanics is really bugging me that bit more everyday.

Sort it out!
