when i hit the at button email address disappears

    Hi.These are i am sure ridiculous questions and probably be fixed easily but its driving me cracked! If I type in an email address (eg) info@boards.ie when i click the @ key the beginning (eg) info@ of the email address is deleted unless i use the right arrow key to continue typing. Hard to explain but drives me mad. Please help if you know what i'm talking about. Also when i use the apostrophy for example i'm talking, the cursor will jump up to the line above for example m talking. will end up on the line above between a few words... am I stupid?

    As the @ and ' are on the same key it sounds like either the keyboard is faulty or the key has been set to a short cut for some sort of function.

    The ' moving you up a line is equivalent to pressing the up arrow and the @ deleting what as been typed before it is equivalent to pressing ctrl backspace.

    That makes complete sense FSL.Didnt realy think about that or look at the keyboard keys for that matter:o .Thanks for that I may invest in a new one!!
