What's Eircom's broadband cancellation email address?

I rang up earlier to cancel my broadband as I'm moving to UPC, they said I have to send them an email giving them 30 days notice, which isn't a problem, but the address they gave me isn't working. broadbandcancellation@eircom.net is the one they gave me.

Tell UPC you want your line cancelled. They should be able to organise it for you.
