garmin nuvi 350 battery

hi everyone i have a garmin nuvi 350 that hasnt worked since the real cold weather last xmas. only looking at getting it fixed now as going on hols in new year and need it. i have tried using car charger and a plug charger and its totally dead. i presume the cold weather killed the battery? can i replace this?

It has to go back to Garmin, they have a place in the UK, check their website http://www.garmin.com/garmin/cms/site/uk/support/
