26mm bar, 25.4mm stem?

Afternoon folks, HELP!:eek: Just wondering has anyone tried this at all and if so how'd they get on?:confused: I'm looking to put an Alu Nitto Noodle 26mm bar on my Charge Plug, the stem is an open-faced 4 bolt alloy. Thanks in advance!:D Gav

It's not worth the risk. Plenty of info here : http://www.bikeforums.net/archive/index.php/t-196203.html

The other way around you can use a shim.
