Sent wrong item by US eBay seller

    I ordered the HD-DVD/DVD Combo of Superman Returns and Ocean's Thirteen from a top rated seller on US eBay. Ocean's Thirteen was exactly what I wanted however she sent me the regular non Combo HD-DVD version of Superman. Stupidly I left positive feedback before I noticed the error. Can someone tell me what happens now? Am I expected to mail back the wrong version? That would be annoying. Who pays for the shipping? Will she give a damn now that I've already left feedback? Any feedback appreciated

    File a claim, and return the DVD. You pay for the return, by registered post too if you'd like to maintain any possibility of winning the claim.
