    All basically brand new games, that they will sell for a huge mark up.

    We really need to stop playing this second hand market game. There once was value out there but now days the stores expect you to pay €5 less for a second hand game and think that it is a bargin

    Sorry I should not be highjacking your thread. Thinking that for those games combined that you could easily get more than enough money to purchase COD and have some change, on say adverts.ie

    anyhoo, this is easier for a lot of people

    That's no bargain anyway. HMV UK were selling for £7.99 if you traded the new Medal of Honour which was alright.

    Yea but you might have to go through a lot of hassle on adverts to sell games,meeting people,posting,waiting around for someone to actually make a worthwhile bid...this allows you a quick and easy deal.

    Generally speaking though most of the games on that list have a value of about €25 - €35 on trade in so if they exceed Black Ops price there's a gift card refunded for the difference.

    Personally, I think the reason the trade in market has gone this way is more down to poor games, Medal Of Honour has been traded in by the shed load since a week after release because anyone not online really doesn't need it for more than a week

    Just have to say the add for the above drives me crazy,Free??
    Surely this is a wrong advertisement or can it be said just because there is no cash deal involved?
    Just it goes on a bit in the ad on the radio,are Smyths thinking if they say it enough times in a 30 sec clip people will begin to it is a free item?
