Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I pity the viewers who watched it on tv3 and didn't know he was going to die. They went for their mid episode ad break and showed the clip of their tribute programme for him and he hadnt even died. Nice oneTV3

The only time i ever shed a few sneaky tears over an on-screen death was when William Wallace drew his last breath in Braveheart. And thats it.

And even then it was probably just a gust of wind in my eyes. In that cinema. With no windows. Actually i had a cold? Yeah thats it! Phew. No sir no tears here.

What happened? I missed it.. never really watch Corrie but intended to tonight

Murder suicide, he took Tyrone hostage and fired a few random shots into the rovers. Cops surrounded his little terraced gaf then he blew Tyrone's face off before sticking the gun in his gob and eating one himself.

It really brought a tear to the eye, top quality send off.

    RIP Jack.

I think Vera's passing was so poignant because it was unexpected (by her soap family) and because of Jack's heartache. He was lost without her. It was so strange to see Jack with no Vera. :(

Haven't really properly watched Corrie in ages, has to be at least ten years as my grandmother watched it religiously when I was young.

But they really do know how to make a great scene when a beloved long-time character passes on.

It won't be the same watching it randomly at some point because I was flicking through the channels bored again...
