I took some video footage on my on my camera (Olympus) and the software with it doesn't allow me to select a still to print a photo from. Is there somewhere I can select a still from the video clip and print it. I don't know much about photography I hasten to add!

    is it HD video?
if not, you'll find that the resolution of the video is very low compared to the resolution it would produce taking a still image; the results will be a bit woolly.

A lot of programs have the feature to grab and save still from video as large Jpegs. I used to use one years back to grab still from music dvds to use as desktop wallpapers, and the quality was perfectly clear.

These days if I wanted to do it I'd just pause the clip, full screen it and grab the screen shot [I use Screen cap pro] - you can just hit the prtsc button on your keyboard, then open any image editing software and click ctrl + V to paste it in there. Crop out your toolbars etc and there you have your still image, save as ... jpeg.

Play the video full screen on your computer pause at the shot you want and press PRINTSC and then open a picture editor and paste the picture into it
