Guys just switched from O2 Prepay to Vodafone Business Contract.
Having problems with 3G, and i keep getting a little circle icon in the top left of the screen, where previously 3G was. (sometimes it does say 3G)

Can anyone tell me what this is, and why is my web so slow when it shows?

the blue circle is GPRS, its the slowest form of data transfer, 3G is the fastest and EDGE is in the middle but isnt available with vodafone

It's not a problem with the network, it's just that there's no 3G network where you're using the phone. If 3G is essential to to you, you'll either have to switch back to o2, or use the phone in a 3G area. Failing that use wifi if you have it.

I was referring to the issue of being on GPRS all the time
