can i get a new upc box for free??

    hi, im with upc and the kids have messed around with the box,it doesnt change channels all the time.if i ring upc will they send me out a new box for free or will they charge,and am i dreaming by thinking they will send me out the box where you can pause live tv and record etc. just wondering if they replace like for like.if not how much extra would that box be a month??

    Five Euro extra per month and if you live in an area that can get HD you can get a HD box for the same price and the regular recoding box.

    Edit 30 Euro for a self install somebody will call to the house drop on the new box and collect the old one.

    Not too many HD channels is the problem though .
